Stir Fry Chicken with Ginger

Stir Fry Ginger Chicken

1 lb of chicken thigh sliced thin
1 cup of sliced yellow onion
1 sliced jalapeno pepper
1/3 cup of ginger sliced thin
2 garlic clove mince
2 T of oyster sauce
2 T of soy seasoning soy sauce
1 T of fish sauce
1 T of sugar
2 green onion for garnish chop
3 T of vegetable oil for stir fry

In a non stick pan add oil heat till hot
Add garlic and ginger, stir fry until it smells good
Then add chicken stir fry until no longer pink
Now add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar
Add onions, and stir fry until onions are tender and the chicken is done
Garnish with green onions
If you want juice to pour over rice, add a bit of water
Taste and adjust the flavor the way you like it.

Serve hot with rice
