Thai BBQ Pork

Thai BBQ Pork

4 T soy sauce
3 T oyster sauce
1 ½ lbs of pork loin cut to bite size
3 T chopped cilantro
1 T chopped mints
3 T minced garlic
2 T sugar
3 T olive oil
2 T lime juice
1 t sesame oil
1 t Thai crushes pepper flake or black pepper
Bamboo Skewers soak in water to prevent burning while grilling

Mix all ingredients in a bowl mix well and add to cubed pork
Marinate at least 4 hours
Thread the meat in the skewers
Grill meat to medium rare
Serve Thai BBQ pork with coconut Roasted corn or Thai vegetable salad in my blog
