Easy Coconut Egg Custard

Easy  Coconut Egg Custard

11/2 cup of milk
1 cup of coconut flake
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup of flour
4 T of melted butter
1 cup of sugar
1 t nutmeg to sprinkle on top

Mix everything except nutmeg in a large bowl for 3 minutes until smooth
Pour the mixture in a deep pie dish sprinkle with nutmeg on top
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until the custard firm
Take out let cool before serve
