The reason i lay it in the refrigerator is to dry it a bit more, but sometime I just put it all in the Ziploc bag and keep it the freezer instead.Tevy Larsen (tevy.larsen@gmail.com)https://www.blogger.com/profile/02426878304657564332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-542483296018926920.post-83432959638623805342015-12-07T14:11:07.145-08:002015-12-07T14:11:07.145-08:00Once in the fridge, should the twa ko be kept in a...Once in the fridge, should the twa ko be kept in an air tight container or should I keep the lid loose a little bit so that there isnt too much moisture?Sovanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05565748210817690187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-542483296018926920.post-29136546326618014742014-03-06T21:15:11.298-08:002014-03-06T21:15:11.298-08:00Yes Alaska is difficult to find khmer food. Do use some pork or beef fat in it or pork belly or else the sausage will be too dried to eat. Have fun making them. I live in Seattle and there is no sun here it is too cold to leave food outside.
